***NEW OPENING HOURS & MENU***
The Sussex Mother apple tree grew in this area in the nineteenth century & was named by Robert Hogg in 1884. It can still be found in some Sussex gardens, notably in the orchards at Stanmer House in Brighton. To us it represents a local, traditional & humble heritage that we hold in high regard. We carry these values in everything we do.
